✅ Gluten-free recipe
🥣 Pizza crust ingredients:
5.3oz | 150g | 3/4 cup red lentils
1tsp psyllium husk or flaxseed
1tbsp oil
4oz | 120ml | 1/2 cup water
1tsp dried herbs
1/2tsp garlic powder
season with salt
🥣 Pizza topping ingredients:
Tomato sauce
Eggplant
Sliced onion
Broccoli
Cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt
🥣 Cheese sauce ingredients and recipe:
Put into a saucepan and stir with a whisk:
6oz | 180ml | 3/4cup coconut milk
3tbsp nutritional yeast
2tbsp starch
1/2tsp onion powder
1/4tsp garlic powder
pinch of smoked paprika
Salt to taste
Once everything is combined let simmer on low to medium heat for about 1 minute until the sauce is stretchy and it’s ready to be used.

❗You can substitute psyllium husk for Chia seeds or Flax seeds.
