The Selphie Card in Final Fantasy 8 Remastered can be quite the nuisance as it is found only in the Trabia region which has some nasty default rules set. I strongly advise abolishing Random, Same and maybe Plus before trying for this one. On the positive side, this is the only rare card available in Trabia so you don't need to play any more games here.
