Up to 21 percent of the annual greenhouse gas emissions cuts the world needs can come from the oceans. We’re introducing the country’s first comprehensive bill to address ocean climate solutions. It uses the oceans’ power to fight #ClimateChange and makes marine and coastal ecosystems and coastal communities more resilient to the changes we know are coming.
