Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Semolina -1 cup
Wheat-flour -1/2cup
Sugar-1/2tbsp
Salt -1/2tsp
Baking Soda -1/2tsp
or
Baking Powder -3/4tsp
Method
Take 1 cup of Rava and ½ cup of Atta in a mixie big jar. Add some salt and warm water.Mix it with a spoon. Soak it in the Jar itself for 10 mins.After 10 mins grind it finely. Just before cooking it add ½ tsp baking soda. Take a nonstick tawa .grease it with oil. Then pour one ladle of the batter. Then you can see the bubbles coming on the top. When you see the golden on the edges it is cooked properly. It is ready. Serve it with Egg curry.
