This video demonstrates how to go down a set of stairs alone, with a railing/hand rail. I’ve had to do this multiple times alone, and honestly it’s not hard. It can be loud, and kind of dangerous, but it’s actually safer than you would think. Just make sure to have a good grip on the hand rail and you’ll be fine.
