Then, you should think about the following automatic capsules box cartoning packing machine.
With two automatic capsules feeding & sorting system, the finished dolce gusto coffee capsules, can be fed onto a capsules feeding conveyor. You only need to connect this dolce gusto capsules box cartoning packing line after your dolce gusto coffee capsules filling and sealing machine output conveyor. Then, the finished dolce gusto capsules can be dropped into the elevating capsules feeding machine, and then the finsihed DG capsules will be lifted up and drop into the disc bowl and will be sorted inline, and will be transmit to the feeding conveyor.
With the dolce gusto finished capsules counter and dividing system, that is driven by servo motor, as well as the photoelectric sensors, the finished DG capsules will be counted and released into the folded boxes in a certain number of capsules.
The capsules quantity to be fed into the boxes can be set on the box cartoning packing machine HMI system, and you can set the quantity at your mind, or even you can choose which lane to be available. Everything can be set. Just confirm and talk to me in advance.
