Nina is a single woman in her thirties. Her whole life is devoted to work in the museum, as well as voluntary assistance to her elderly neighbor Olena Mykolayivna. Nina's personal life begins to improve when she accidentally meets Sasha, whose mother and sister died and only his father remained. Nina, trying to improve her financial situation, rents a room in her apartment to a man named Roman. He turns out to be not so simple, because he works for black realtors who hope to seize Elena Nikolaevna's apartment. Roman hoped that, having fallen in love with the naive Nina, he could find an approach to the owner of the desired living space.
