Laeng Saeb (เล้งแซ่บ) is actually a dish of pork spine with an absurd amount of green chilies and cilantro. It is one of the more popular Thai street food inventions that just popped outta the bush in the recent years. This restaurant is located at the basement of Golden Mile Tower which is pretty easy to find.
XXL Laeng Saeb (เล้งแซ่บ) - Price - $55 - I went ahead and got the biggest one which is the XXL one. It's come with a giant plate along with a whole bunch of green chilies and cilantro. The broth is a porky soup that is a little sour and a little spicy. What i really wanna highlight is the meat. It's got a lot of meat in there and it's super tender and succulent.
