Key Lime Pie
¾ Cups Key Lime Juice
2-14 oz cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ Cup Sour Cream
1 Tbsp Lime Zest
1- 9 inch Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Whip Cream (for topping)
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl combine the lime juice and sweetened condensed milk and mix well. Add the sour cream and lime zest and continue mixing for 2 minutes. Add the filling to the pie crust then transfer to the preheated oven and cook for 9 minutes. After 9 minutes remove from the oven and place on a wire rack and allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours then it is ready to serve.
