Like the thumbnail of this video, we have never seen it. Some pre-cojonus festivals were that big and they might have been returned. But that would be far outside the city of Chiang Mai. This year the inner city is without a floating lampion in the sky. Yi Peng seems to be cancelled. Still ther is enough to see. Like the Loi Krathong Parade which is riding around the moat and passing Loi Kroh Road, on his way to Tha Phae Gate and Tha Phae Road.
