This is the first of 4 in a series on tithing. Doctor Kelly is one of the top anti tithe scholars who received his doctorate on his book Should the church teach tithing. This video is not meant to be a teaching on the matter (that should come later in two parts) but a detail response to his book. This video deals with the first section of his book. What tithing was according to the Old Testament. In the near future I plan to do one refuting his views on tithing in the New Testament. For to long the majority of teaching on tithing is from Malachi chap 3. It is time for a more detail study and that is what I am presenting.
