1. If your camera is showing offline, check your wifi connection.
2. If the camera is close to the router and showing full bars but still offline, click the camera that shows offline.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Remove the Device."
4. Go to the main page and click the "+" button on the right hand corner.
5. Follow the instructions to reconnect your device.
6. Once it's connecting, it should appear online and ready to work.
