Polish Film Festival in Perth: 5TH POLISH FILM FESTIVAL - 16 JUNE to 7 JULY I PALACE CINEMA PARADISO

Polish Film Festival in Perth brings for the 5th time the very best of new Polish cinema. The festival line-up comprises nine award winning and highly anticipated features, marking the Australian premiere screenings of seven of them.

Highlights include:
- Europe's Best Animated Feature "Another Day of Life";
- Multiple Academy Award nominee Agnieszka Holland's "Mr. Jones", the extraordinary untold story of a Welsh journalist's news investigation that inspired George Orwell’s "Animal Farm"
- The well-received "Dolce Fine Giornata", a compelling drama set in Tuscany about the clash of great creative intellect and femininity with the backdrop of eroding democracy in Europe.

The Festival opens Sunday 16 June with the premiere of spy action thriller "The Messenger".
