In this video I show you how to make stuffed eggplants with easy and tasty chicken sauce. This dish is popular in .y family. It's a healthy dish, because we don't fry the eggplants. You can change the filling. You can use minced red meat or you can also make it vegeterian. It'll be delicious anyways.

Ingredients:
🔹️2 eggplants
🔹️one chicken breast
🔹️one small onion
🔹️one bell pepper
🔹️vegetable oil
🔹️tomato paste: 2 tbsp
🔹️water : 3/4 cup
🔹️salt : 1 tsp
🔹️onion powder: 1 tsp
🔹️garlic powder: 1 tsp
🔹️paprika: 1 tsp
🔹️thyme: 1/2 tsp
🔹️Chili flakes: 1/4 tsp ( optional)
🔹️mozzarella cheese
