MPs on the Legal and Parliamentary affairs committee are questioning the use of tax payers money to meet the legal costs of a case in the UK in which the President Yoweri Museveni has been sued in person.
The case against President Museveni arose from the decision to close a news paper the Weekend Digest in 1986 soon after he took over the government.
