The PTR brought us the Torb Rework, a bit of a skill rework for Pharah and some minor buffs to McCree Soldier and Orisa. In this video, we discuss the most impactful problems that these heroes encounter, but not in relation to their specifically balancing. The state of the game has kind of moved past heroes like Soldier, who doesn't fit the mold of a big impact hero that can manipulate the front line, or secure kills quickly in the small bits of time that present themselves in the current competitive meta.
