I had the opportunity to go ice fishing on Lesser Slave Lake, in northern Alberta.

I went on 2 separate multi-day trip this winter. We caught Walleye, Pike and Burbot. My friend has an ice fishing shack that he leaves on the ice all winter. We got on the ice at Joussard, Alberta, and fished about 4 km from shore.
