I-751 and I-90 which form should you really file?
If you became a conditional permanent resident through marriage to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, and your two-year conditional permanent resident status is expiring within the next 90 days, file Form I-751, Petition Remove Conditions on Residence

File I-90 to renew or replace your Green Card if:
1. Your 10 green card has either expired or will expire within 6 months
2. Any of your personal information has legally changed (name or other biographic information)
3. Incorrect personal information on your Green Card due to an error made by DHS
4. Your Green Card was stolen, lost destroyed
5. Your card does not have an expiration date on it or if it was issued before your 14th birthday and it will not expire before your 16th birthday
6. You have taken up commuter status
