4K Walk tour ATLANTA BELTLINE EASTSIDE TRAIL, GA USA with beautiful background music for happy mood
The Atlanta BeltLine is a visionary project on a grand magnitude, aimed at transforming transportation and outdoor enjoyment in Atlanta.
When completed, the project will produce a 33-mile, multi-use trail connecting 45 of Atlanta’s in-town neighborhoods along a former railroad corridor.
An effort over 13 years in the making, the
Atlanta BeltLine has opened partial segments of the trail’s final epic distance.
This run, bike or stroll explores a 2-mile paved section of the trail, the Eastside BeltLine Trail, which opened in 2013. The trail connects Atlanta’s Midtown, Old Fourth Ward and Inman Park neighborhoods, visiting the upscale redevelopment of Ponce City Market and passing a plethora of shopping and dining options along its well-loved path.
The Eastside BeltLine Trail is a level grade, wide swath of pavement that departs Midtown Atlanta at the southeast corner of Piedmont Park.
Grab time on the trail on a fair-weather weekend, and the catalyst for the BeltLine’s positive intown buzz becomes quickly apparent: walkers, runners, cyclists, skaters, and strollers pack the trail, enjoying some sunshine, catching some cardio, or strolling to one of many BeltLine-side restaurants.
0:20 STUDIOPLEX LOFTS Location History
New Condos in Atlanta at Studioplex Studioplex Lofts building is an old cotton warehouse located in Old Fourth Ward area of Atlanta, Georgia.
Built in 1906, this warehouse housed cotton before it was bagged and was the first brick building in the city to be fireproof. Since then, the building has been an apartment complex which has now been converted into lofts for sale and retail space now known as Studioplex Lofts.
These lofts blend history and urban contemporary living and work spaces together. The Old Fourth Ward is famously known for the birth place of Dr. Martin Luther King as well as the location of Ebenezer Baptist Church and the Sweet Auburn District.
These live/work play lofts showcase this history with original features of the original building. From exposed brick walls to soaring columns to the original sliding “barn” doors to the original polished concrete floors to the original sky lights, these lofts are truly neat and exceptional in their appearance and difference from other lofts in Atlanta and surrounding areas.
Every unit is zoned for live or work space so the Studioplex community is just as diverse and unique as the building and lofts are.
Other loft features include: 11’ to 18’ ceilings, ebony stained kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, glass mosaic tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliance package including refrigerator, contemporary lighting package, rooftop patio with skyline views, dog walk, on site galleries, shops, businesses and restaurants and so much more!
These lofts at Studioplex are a must see! 😍👍🏻
