🐱 Steamed bread with fluffy condensed milk! I am happy with the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes. Easy with pancake mix. This recipe is not so sweet, feel free to add more condensed or sugar. You can adjust the sweetness if you desire. You can add honey instead of sugar or condensed milk.
INGREDIENTS:
½ Medium (more) Sweet Potato
150g Pancake Mix
100ml Milk (i used non fat milk) but you can use regular milk
1 Egg
4 Tbsp Condensed Milk
2 Tbsp Salad Oil
3-4 Drops of Vanilla Essence
