This is how I make my Anabolic French Toast every morning, inspired by Greg Doucette, shoutout to him he's awesome. Recipe and guide explained in 30s for 35g of protein and 10mins of prep/cook time. Makes for an awesome high protein breakfast or meal throughout the day and fairly low calories.

9g Fat
115g Carbs
36g Protein
To reduce calories, exchange icecream for greek yoghurt, remove bananas for low cal fruit etc.
