The Hampton Roads Chamber hosted the VIRTUAL Virginia Beach State of the City Luncheon on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. Mayor Bobby Dyer is introduced at 21:50. During his remarks, he highlighted ways the City and its citizens have demonstrated how to “improvise, adapt and overcome” the challenges of 2020, especially the coronavirus pandemic. He also shared recent successes and provided a glimpse of the City’s future.
