You might recognize Vito Serradella from Vito’s Italian Restaurant on the West Shore. Now, the restaurant owner is expanding his business. “It’s like a dream come true,” he told CBS 21 News’ Samantha York. Luna Italian Cuisine is under construction, expected to open in Mechanicsburg next month. It will serve authentic Italian food, including steaks, fresh seafood and pasta, and every detail in the design is personalized. “You have to feel like you’re in outside Italy,” Serradella said. “This is what we want to make it feel.”
