Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, who is on a working visit to New Delhi, met with EU High Representative, for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrel and presented to him developments in the settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations․Touching upon the humanitarian situation created as a result of Azerbaijan's blocking of the Lachin corridor, Ararat Mirzoyan stressed the imperative of the International Court of Justice to unblock the Lachin corridor․
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan also met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in New Delhi. The ministers discussed the situation created as a result of Azerbaijan's blocking of the Lachin corridor and power outages.
