This is a 5 min dynamic pool warm up to prepare you for your aqua workout. Stacy will take you thru different planes of motion to get your muscles warm, the joints loosened up and your heart rate up. Use before any pool exercise to help your body transition into the workout.
No equipment needed, just yourself and your energy to move!
