Recipe for 23L:
Pale Malt 5.5K
Carafa Special III 170g
Chocolate Malt 225g
Mash - 13.5L, 65c for 60 mins.
Boil 27L 70mins
Hops:
Apollo 30g 60mins
Citra 30g 10 mins
Amarillo 45g 0mins
Citra 45g 0mins
Wyeast 1187 Ringwood Ale
Dry Hop:
Citra 45g after 4 days
Condition 6 weeks at 12c
