- Played as Chris partnered with AI-controlled Sheva
- Professional: the highest difficulty in this game
- SSSS Rank: achieving S rank in all four ranking criteria
- No Damage: for both Chris and Sheva
- No Upgrade: the whole game will be played without buying or upgrading anything
- All BSAA emblems
- No inventory reload
- Segmented by chapter: play through each entire chapter without using any checkpoints. I did make use of saves between chapters though.

Note: There is an issue in the Steam version of Resident Evil 5 for keyboard players: the quick time event in the final boss fight does not respond properly to the player's commands. With that considered, I had to avoid it to keep the no damage condition and I end up defeating Wesker by damaging his heart directly. But this is definitely not recommended as it takes way too much ammo.
