Le 7 has been created by the group Restaurants de Nicolas Lascombes, also owner of the Brasserie Bordelaise, Puy Paulin and Familia in Bordeaux, Hotel de la Plage in Cap-Ferret, Chapelle de Guiraud in Sauternes, La Terrasse Rouge in Saint -Emilion, and Le Petit Vestiaire – Bistrot Girondin in Mérignac.
