Stampin' Blends & Alcohol Technique to make fun Vellum cardstock backgrounds!

You'll need your favorite Stampin' Blends, 99%+ Isopropyl Alcohol, Vellum Cardstock, a paint brush or Water Painter, paper towels, small dish or cup, a straw, Wink of Stella & a clear block.

The best way to attach your vellum cardstock to a panel is to smooth the glue out with your finger, then attach it to a panel, and then cut down to your desired size to mount.
