In the morning, we received a distress call from a woman. While cleaning up near an abandoned factory, she found an abandoned dog. We immediately moved to the location. The first time we saw the dog, we couldn't stop crying. It was -8 degrees, the dog was shivering non-stop in the abandoned factory. Her body was extremely thin and exhausted. Her breathing was weak and she could barely move. We raced against time to get her to the vet.
