Pull Ups 4x15
Latt Pull downs - 2 Warm ups x 10-15 reps. 4 Working sets 6-15 reps
EZ bent over rows - 2 Warm ups x 10-15 reps. 3 Working sets 8-12. 1 drop set to finish
Standing rows - 2 Warm ups x 10-15 reps. 3 Working sets 8-12 reps
Single arm rows - 1 Warm up x 15 reps. 4 Working sets 10-15 reps
SHOULDERS
Machine side raises - 1 Warm up x 10-15 reps. 4 Working sets 10-15 reps
BICEPS
EZ bar curls - 2 Warm ups x 10-15 reps. 4 Working sets 12-15 reps
Rope curls - 1 Warm up x 10-15 reps. 3 Working sets 12-15 reps
