The Department of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries has been tasked to confirm the source of the Sulphur smell that engulfed Johannesburg this week. Similar occurrences have previously been accredited to power generation and petrochemical plants in Mpumalanga. The department spokesperson Albie Modise elaborates.
