The drum beat through the song was copied almost identically in Eddie Cochrane's 'Something Else'
The drum intro was used by John Bonham in Led Zeppelin's 'Rock And Roll'
An answer song was recorded by Smiley Lewis in 1955 and later covered by Dave Edmunds titled 'I Hear You Knocking'
