Difference between Normal and Lost Chikage is that they use different blood gems... Lost one instead of triangular blood gem uses circular and it's the only personal weapon that uses that blood gem.
Lost weapons are usually the weapons that can make highest damage since all other lost weapons use 2 special blood gems (Triangle and Waning) instead of one like normal weapons use.
