After we completed Black Bear Pass and explored the town of Telluride we knew that we wanted to attempt Imogene Pass. I say attempt because literally the day before while we were leaving Texas and on our way to Colorado there was an article released saying that one of the bridges on Imogene Pass was structurally unsound and it was closed. Turns out it was open. However, they did have cones up on that bridge to show people that the wood on one side was broken. It was a little sketchy though! But we made it, and it was amazing! Long, but amazing.
