In this video, I head to my special place, Tulum! A place that has always been healing and transformative fore me.
On this beautiful journey, we connected to nature, we hung out with monkeys, we did Breathwork, and we celebrated sisterhood.

Tulum has always had an extraordinary place in my heart. I'm Mexican-American and spent the first six years of my life living in Chihuahua, Mexico and every-time I go back to Mexico my soul sings.

For these reasons, I decided to record my first breathwork videos in Tulum for my new platform Rae Rituals, a space to practice breathwork and connect to yourself through rituals.
