We're so excited to introduce to you all the first of our Planetary Connection Series! We've created a collection of sound baths that are designed to connect us with not only specific planets but each session has an emotional benefit for us inspired by the planet we are connecting to.
In this episode we will be opening our connection with the Sun and in doing so we've created the atmosphere of what it would be like to view the sun from up close. As we know the sun is our energy provider the source of life and power. This session will be focused on increasing our courage and confidence on all levels. The red in this video helps to stimulate passion which can boost our courage, the orange gives encouragement and determination while yellow stimulates the warmth and confidence within us. The base of this video begins with our SUN tuning fork to create the foundational connection with us and the sun. We've also incorporated our Root singing bowl to provide a grounded initiation for healing while we integrate into our Solar Plexus which is associated with our power center. As we progress on we have also included our Heart bowl to open up our access to the strength of our heart reinforcing the courage and confidence in ourselves. Finally we will end with our Pineal Gland which is the frequency of 432hz and also the radius of the sun for our final stage of connecting with the great star within ourselves. Listen as the complimenting Tibetan bowls mimic the solar flares of the sun, filling our being with energy and strength and our Planetary Sun chime for the integration of our next frequencies as we transition through the notes. Enjoy this deeply uplifting sound bath as we enhance our connection with the planets and ourselves!
