A new study shows that Johnson & Johnson's vaccine will likely offer good protection against the Delta variant,... which is currently the pandemic's biggest threat.
The company reported preliminary findings on Thursday... showing that the vaccine appeared to work against new variants... based an analysis of blood samples from a small group of eight partcipants.
And from a separate study of about 20 participants, J-and-J said the effects of the vaccine lasted for at least eight months.
Prior data for other vaccines, such as those from Pfizer and Moderna, show that they too are likely to hold up against the Delta variant.
