Previous upload of this one had a few audio issues sorry about that.
Also the devs had fixed some of the bugs that were referenced in the previous video so it was good to do a redo anyways.

Hello and welcome to Ascension Riser 31. This skull takes two people to get, no way to get it around it.

The skull here is just past this train section, you will hit a decontamination room, after that you are in the same area with the skull, if you fall here there is no way to return so dont go down yet. There is a side room, the puzzle is in this side room. First grab the power core from the shipping container, plug it in. Then have somone pull the lever at the same time someone else hits the button for the elevator, at the top you will see a power core, drop it down through the window, the people at the bottom will have to plug it in then pull another lever at the same time you hit another button. The elevator will go down and heres the skull.

Now you have the skull and plasteel, congrats.
