Ingredients:
Raw mango 400g
Sugar / jaggery - 2 cups or 400g
A pinch of Salt
A piece of cinnamon
Method:
Wash, peel & cut raw mango in small cubes
pressure cook for 3 whistles
Mash and sieve
In a pan add mango puree and let it come to a boil
Add sugar, salt and cinnamon. Cook for about 15 minutes
cook until jam consistency or one thread consistency.
Let it cool and store in a glass bottle.
