PRAB's heavy-duty Dualpak Briquetter increases the value of metal chips, turnings and swarf by compressing it into solid briquettes. Augers feed chips into the briquetting press compression chamber. Then two opposing hydraulic cylinders press the metal, squeezing out the cutting fluid or coolant and creating a compact, up to 99 percent dry, briquette.
