In this session, Moira Szilagyi, MD, PhD, FAAP, provides an overview of trauma-informed care. The session illustrates what trauma-informed care looks like at the practice and community levels. Faculty also highlight take-away points from the upcoming AAP policy statement and clinical report on trauma-informed care to assist providers working with children and families.
