The Student Organic Farm on campus is a six-acre plot that includes a wide variety of organic vegetables and herbs. Crops are harvested and sold at market stands throughout the summer and fall months and you can find the stands in the meat and dairy lab building in St. Paul on Wednesday from 2-5 p.m. and the Coffman Campus Club in Minneapolis on Thursdays from 11-2 p.m. Or come visit the farm at Field Rd. and Dudley Ave. To learn more about the farm follow them on Instagram at @umnorganic.
