This week, Canada and its NATO allies and partners are delivering a forceful message to Russia and its President, Vladimir Putin.
It comes in the form of a huge military exercise: 31 countries, 50,000 personnel, 250 aircraft, and 65 ships. All in Russia's neighbourhood — in the North Atlantic and Baltic Seas — in Norway and nearby airspace.
