The mayor of Charlotte, North Carolina, lifted an emergency curfew put in place after last week's violence over the deadly police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott. Emotions are still running high, however, following the weekend release of videos of that shooting. Now new questions are being raised about whether Scott was holding a gun. NBC's Gabe Gutierrez reports for TODAY.
