The hearing has begun of a petition by the so called NRM rebel MPs at the civil Court. The MPs are seeking an interim order blocking Party disciplinary proceedings against them.
Ndorwa East MP Wilfred Niwagaba, Theodore Ssekikubo for Lwemiyaga and Buyaga West legislator Barnabas Tinkasiimire claim they were not served with summons to appear before the Disciplinary Committee and where not aware of what they were being accused of.
