Great on it's own or as a side, this Low Carb/Keto Garlic Mushroom Riced Cauliflower is easy and delicious.
Low Carb/Keto Garlic Mushroom Riced
2 Tbsp Butter
3 cup chopped Mushrooms
1- 10 to 12 oz bag steamed Riced Cauliflower
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
In a large skillet or frying pan, melt butter on medium heat. Add mushrooms and allow to soften.
Add steamed riced cauliflower and allow to cook for about 5 minutes then add garlic, onion powder, salt, and Coconut Aminos. Stir to combine well and allow to cook for another 5 minutes.
