INGREDIENTS
1/2 litre buttermilk
200 ml water , 200 ml Mango pulp
2 & 1/2 tbsp Chickpea flour ( besan )
Pinch turmeric , pinch roasted cumin pwdr
1/2 tsp. Cumin coriander powder
1 tbsp. Ginger chilly paste , 2 Tbsp sugar
Pinch red chilly powder , salt per taste
For Tadka
Pinch hing ( asafoetida )
1-1 tbsp Ghee - oil
1 - 1 tsp cumin mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Pinch turmeric- red chilly powder
Fresh fenugreek ( methi ) leaves-2 tbsp.
Half tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp. mix laung , black paper , star anise, cardamom, cinnamon, dry chilly.
First boil 5-6 mints after Tadka then add Mango pulp & again cook 5-6 mints until semi thick.
