If Copy/print job cancelled and appear "Caution : Machine Trouble. Service Call C2558" Error means Developer Failure. Follow these steps:-
1.Check Developer Sensor connection
2.Remove old developer, well cleaned unit and replace new developer
3.If new developer replaced, "Then Start the TCR Auto Adjust" wait for few minutes.
4.Adjust the TCR (TC Ratio Gain) manually using service mode access.
5.Turn OFF machine & ON it again.
