🥚Egg ☕️Coffee, one of the iconic drinks from Vietnam. I remember the first time when my friend asked me to try in Giang Cafe Hanoi and I hesitated because of the egg in the coffee haha. But after trying, it was wonderful and delicious, like a phenomenon to me.
I tried making the home version of egg coffee to satisfy my craving by the instant coffee and it was really good :D
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
35 gr sugar [3 tbsp]
1 tsp honey
2 tbs instant coffee
Hot water
